SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer shipping via USPS for a flat rate of $6.95 per order, regardless of how many packages you order. On average, it takes 2-5 business days for destinations within the continental US and up to 8 business days for Alaska and Hawaii.  Expedited shipping available upon request at sales@pixelperfectmagnets.com.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are ready to be shipped in as little as 2-3 business days. Processing time for orders in bulk quantities and during major holiday seasons can take longer. Expect email notifications with updates on the status of your order. 

Delivery Address Changes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once we have packaged your order. 

International Orders

Pixel Perfect Magnets ships to most countries. Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. As the customer, you are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant. A shipping quote will be provided at checkout. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
